Historic charm defines the place, with well-maintained structures and elegant decor that hits all the right notes for a quaint stay. The location's proximity to attractions makes for easy walking to take in the local sights, and the cozy courtyard offers a pleasant spot for unwinding after a day of exploration.
The elevator access became a real hassle when it was locked on our third night, forcing my family member with mobility issues to climb stairs. Room lighting left much to be desired, with poorly lit corners and no mirror outside the bathroom, squeezing two guests into tight quarters. Although breakfast was decent at first, it became repetitive without much Southern flair. don't expect biscuits or grits. Additionally, we had to deal with an unstable mini-fridge that leaked and wasn't plugged in upon arrival, leading to inconvenience.

Great location within walking distance to many attractions. The spacious family room we stayed in was warm and inviting, and the breakfasts were simply fantastic, especially the French toast. It would have been nice to have more coffee options available in the evenings, as most nearby shops close early. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we can't wait to return.

One downside was the pillows—they could be more comfortable. They felt a bit flat during our stay.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly breakfast options. Maybe consider adding some pastries or cereals for families with children.
